The SSP is a gentle, evidence-based listening therapy that uses filtered music to calm the nervous system. It helps children feel safer, more focused, and better able to regulate emotions.

How it works
Children listen to specially filtered music through headphones in a calm space. This stimulates the vagus nerve, supporting:

Typical Programme
5–10 sessions, 5–30 minutes each, with follow-up support as needed.
